About the role

Wounded Heroes Australia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Cafe Assistant to join our team at our Bundamba, Queensland location. In this casual role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work various shifts to accommodate our cafe's needs.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Preparing and serving a range of food and beverage items

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment

Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed

Assisting the cafe team with various tasks to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Good time management and multitasking abilities

A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
