About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, managing enquiries, supporting sales, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience. You’ll oversee the client journey—from first contact to after-sales support—while collaborating closely with the design and production teams to deliver on expectations.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven sales experience—ideally in luxury, fashion, events, or bespoke services

Strong skills in CRM and lead tracking systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple client relationships

Familiarity with invoicing and reporting tools

A client-first mindset, with a flair for professional and personable service
