Are you a sales pro who knows how to prospect, qualify, and close high-value clients?
Woolcott St is Sydney’s leading custom menswear brand, working with top professionals across real estate, law, finance, and tech. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who knows how to build and grow a high-performing pipeline — through outreach, networking, and a relentless drive for results.
This is a client-facing, full sales cycle role where you’ll own everything from prospecting to closing. While we’ll provide high-quality marketing leads daily, we’re looking for someone who can bring their own strategies, find opportunities, and build a loyal client base that keeps coming back. You’ll be the type who knows how to hustle, not just wait for leads.
What We Offer
$80-$90k Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
OTE $130k–$145k+

What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in professional services, or high-value sales
A confident prospector who knows how to hunt: phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals
Advanced communication skills: in-person, over the phone, and in writing
CRM experience to track leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
A polished, professional presence to engage Sydney’s top business professionals
Passion for luxury, style, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying, booking meetings, and closing sales
Conduct in-person client consultations in our premium Sydney CBD showroom
Prospect and build your own pipeline: cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach
Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business
Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral sales
Collaborate with our Founders and Sales Leaders to refine strategies and maximise performance
