We are known for our unique product range that is sourced predominantly from Italy, which we carefully curate for our Australian retail and industry clients and sell through our stores in Sydney and Melbourne.

The Role:
This position consists of two main components: Retail Sales and Trade Sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable balancing both aspects of the role.
Retail Sales:
Manage the full retail sales process in the showroom when required, including maintaining order management, and providing top-tier client service.
Trade Sales:
Source and secure new trade clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Identify and leverage opportunities from existing processes, ensuring you take accountability in converting them into sales.
Provide support to showroom staff and assist in client-facing sales activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales in our showroom when required, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage trade accounts, sourcing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Work collaboratively with team members to assist in the showroom and ensure smooth operations.
Learn and adapt to our product range, including technical details, in order to offer tailored solutions to clients.
Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities, taking ownership of the entire sales process.
Must haves:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in retail or trade sales.
Proven experience in developing new sales and sourcing new business.
Account management experience is a plus.
Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close deals.
A genuine interest and ability to learn new products, including technical details.
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying sales opportunities.
One day of weekend work will be required
A little bit about you
You are a proactive individual who identifies opportunities and takes ownership of driving sales. Your sales approach is authentic, and you know how to read a situation and close a deal effectively.
While you may not have direct furniture experience, your solid background in sales and the ability to source new business from both new and existing trade clients will set you up for success.
The business is run by our own developed software, so we are looking for someone who will be keen and confident to learn and pick up new systems and software.
