The Role
You’ll report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for generating new business through SME, corporate and channel sales. You will identify businesses and opportunities that fit our ideal client profile, build relationships with prospects and partners, and work closely with internal teams to deliver positive personal and business outcomes for our new and existing clients.
This is a 'get amongst it' hands-on sales role - equal parts business development, relationship management, and consultative solution-selling.

Sales Execution
Take full ownership of Triniteq’s sales process and drive new and existing opportunities across your assigned territory
Hunt for new business and project opportunities using a variety of digital, strategic, and in-field channels
Prospect, qualify, and close new business with SMEs, corporate clients, and channel partners
Manage a consistent, well-prioritised pipeline aligned with Triniteq’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Engage in ongoing top-of-funnel prospecting to ensure predictable and repeatable pipeline activity
Consistently achieve sales targets, expand market share, and deliver value through consultative, solution-focused selling
Represent Triniteq at client meetings, product demonstrations, industry expos, and networking events
Client & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention, referrals, and growth
Develop and nurture relationships with strategic and integration partners to drive trust, collaboration, and new business
Nurture existing client and partner relationships to support ongoing engagement and lifetime value
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide regular feedback to the sales manager and internal teams on market sentiment, competitive activity, and client insights
Stay informed on PowerEPOS features, capabilities, and roadmaps to confidently communicate value to stakeholders
Communicate clearly, concisely, and with empathy when engaging with clients, prospects, and partners

Internal Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless onboarding and long-term client success
Maintain a high level of individual transparency with all internal team members
What We’re Looking For
We're after a confident salesperson, but not just a salesperson. We need someone with a strong work ethic, who loves a deal, but most of all puts the client or prospect first.
Our ideal candidate will be:
A (somewhat) experienced technology sales professional with 2+ years B2B sales experience
Someone who understands basic IT and networking principles
Familiar with hospitality or retail operations, ideally with POS solution experience
Adept at both high-level strategy and tactical execution
Emotionally intelligent, self-reflective, eager to learn, and adaptable
A strong communicator and relationship builder
A person with an executive presence
Entrepreneurial yet collaborative – capable of working independently but great with a team
Confident using CRM tools and a Windows PC
Motivated by hitting targets and delighting clients
Someone who owns or has access to a reliable car, maintains an Australian Driver's License and can travel in and around Sydney with likely quarterly trips to the ACT and regional parts of NSW
Able to work from a suitable home office, distraction free, and with a reliable internet connection
A person who is genuinely interested in sales and positive client outcomes
