About the Position
The City is looking for a motivated and qualified Project Manager to lead the delivery of major and minor projects within the Building and Civil Projects Team.
The Project Manager will oversee planning and delivery of the Capital Works Program, ensuring business goals are met with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality.
Key responsibilities include managing engineering design and construction, administering contracts and tenders, providing technical advice, and coordinating stakeholders through all stages of project delivery.
About You
With strong qualifications in construction, engineering, and project management, you will excel at leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and delivering clear communication throughout all project stages.
Your expertise spans contract administration, procurement, and business case development, backed by skills in MS Office, contract management and significant infrastructure delivery.
Salary:
Enterprise Agreement Level 8 - $116,995 to $123,944 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
