ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 2 year fixed term opportunity.
The Special Projects Manager leads and oversees critical projects and initiatives that are strategically important to Wungening Aboriginal Corporation. The Special Project Manager will be engaged to provide our CEO and Board of Directors the strategic objective to ‘Source a rehabilitation Facility'.
This project Manager will begin conversation with our Board of Directors on how we attain a rehabilitation facility. This conversation will require many discussions and workshops to define and refine a plan and a preferred service model.
This position will need to develop a project plan and execute project activities such as scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, communication and stakeholder management.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, project management)
Project management experience including knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong project management skills, including planning, organising and executing projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and lead change
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
WA Working with Children Card
National Police Clearance (dated within the last 3 months)
WA Drivers License
