Are you a creative and strategic social media guru with a passion for skin, wellness, and storytelling? Fleur Skin and Wellness is seeking an in-house Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life online and help us continue to grow our engaged, wellness-focused community.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation, has an eye for aesthetics, and knows how to turn scrolls into bookings.

✨ The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Managing and growing our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

Creating engaging, on-brand content including posts, reels, stories, and videos

Planning and scheduling content calendars

Capturing in-salon content during treatments and events (must be available in clinic 3+ days/week)

Responding to DMs, comments, and fostering community engagement

Analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly

Supporting marketing initiatives, events, product promotions, and launches

💡 About You
You’re a natural storyteller with strong digital marketing skills and an eye for beautiful, clean, engaging content. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have proven experience in social media or digital marketing (clinic, wellness, or beauty industry experience is a bonus)

Are confident with photography, video, editing, and using tools like Canva, CapCut, Planoly or similar

Understand current trends and how to apply them authentically to brand messaging

Are self-motivated, proactive and love being part of a small, passionate team

Are able to work independently but also take direction in line with our brand voice

Have excellent communication and copywriting skills
