About the Role:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for M8owes Construction. This is a hands-on role that combines digital and traditional marketing, brand management, lead generation, and content creation. You’ll work closely with company directors and sales teams to drive visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns

Oversee website content, performance, and user experience

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and brochures

Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns (online and offline)

Collaborate with external agencies and contractors when required

Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on campaign ROI

Manage the company’s visual identity and ensure brand consistency

Plan and execute community events, display home launches, and industry expos

Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

About You:

3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction, property, or real estate industry

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)

Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)

Excellent content writing and communication skills

Graphic design and/or Canva skills a strong advantage

Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong project management abilities

Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
