Role Overview

The newly created role of Commercial Manager, sits within WINIM’s Funds Management division, working alongside the Directors to maximise the commercial outcomes of our development projects and investments.

The role oversees various aspects of capital transactions, funding, finance, development, construction, sales & marketing, and investor relations. The role involves collaborating with the Development team to drive property development outcomes from acquisition to completion and divestment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing feasibility models in Estate Master and collaborating with our investment and development teams.

Identifying and acquiring assets that align with investment objectives.

Conducting market research and recommending growth opportunities.

Managing investor reporting with meaningful project analysis.

Engaging with key stakeholders and contractors.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or Science.

3+ years of experience in a similar role within property, finance, or accounting.

Strong communication, time management, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Expertise in feasibility modelling and reporting, preferably in Estate Master.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A passion for the property industry, entrepreneurial drive, and a confident nature.

A team-oriented mindset with high ethical standards and customer service focus.
