We're currently seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our team and grow alongside experienced property professionals across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

The Role

As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll play a crucial supporting role in the day-to-day operations of our property management team. This is a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of commercial property management, from liaising with tenants and contractors to conducting inspections and reviewing lease documentation.

You’ll start your day reviewing tenant requests, ranging from maintenance issues to signage upgrades and move between site inspections, contractor meetings, and property compliance tasks. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with senior team members, developing your understanding of arrears management, rent reviews, and lease negotiations. Communication, coordination, and attention to detail are crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial assets including office, industrial and retail properties

Attend property inspections, review make good conditions, and document maintenance needs

Coordinate contractor works and support compliance requirements

Review and interpret lease documentation and ensure key obligations are met

Respond to tenant queries and support relationship management across the portfolio

Support with arrears follow-up, budgeting, reporting and general administration

What We’re Looking For

A genuine interest in commercial property and a willingness to learn

Strong communication and organisational skills

An eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Professional presentation and a proactive approach to problem solving

Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (site visits required)
