Australian Family owned and based in Melbourne, JAK MAX is a wholesale outdoor power equipment and parts distributor, dedicated to servicing the outdoor power equipment dealers' and industry nationwide.
We currently have an opportunity available in our Finance / Admin department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable
Debtors Management
Accounts Receivable
Data entry
General Admin Clerical Duties
Finance administration tasks as requested by Finance Team
Ideal Candidate
Experience in a similar role
Experience with ERP systems essential - Netsuite Preferably
Microsoft Office Suite skills
Self-Motivated and highly organized
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Enjoys working in a team environment
