End to End Trust Account Officer – Real Estate & Property Management Trust Accounts
With continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Trust Account Officer to manage our 2 trust accounts. This role is integral to ensuring compliance, efficiency and continued high standards in this area of our businesses.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for the accurate and compliant management of all trust account activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting daily and monthly trust account reconciliations
All aspects of transactions, including bill entry
Coordinating and managing trust account audits
Circulating trust receipts and responding to internal and external queries
Supporting the admin/contract team with ad hoc accounting tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a trust accounting role within a real estate, legal or professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with client-facing responsibilities
High-level attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
Strong time management and organisational skills
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Familiarity with trust compliance regulations
Experience with Property Tree, Property Me or REX software (advantageous)
