Accounts Officer

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing sports and entertainment group. This hands-on role supports both finance, operations and payroll functions. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and the smooth running of accounts payable function.

Culture & Benefits
$70k - $80k + super (depending on experience)
FT or permanent PT position (4 days a week)
Abbotsford location close to public transport with on-site parking

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Bookkeeping & Finance

Daily bank reconciliations and accurate maintenance of financial records

Support EOM reporting processes

End-to-end AP including credit control and supplier payments

Payroll admin support

Administrative Support

Manage accounts payable systems and emails

Support new staff onboarding and HR recordkeeping

General admin and operational support as needed

Skills & Experience
2-3 years' exposure in similar role
Certificate IV in Accounting/ Bookkeeping or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
