Our client a respected electrical and automation company with over 40 years of industry success is seeking a confident and experienced Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper to support their finance team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Superannuation, ATO, SRO and Workcover lodgments and Payments
• Assist with payroll and reporting (in collaboration with internal team)
• General ledger maintenance and monthly reporting
• Accounts support and collaboration with external accountants
• Contribute to continuous improvements in finance processes

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB Advanced (Acumatica)
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
• Advanced working knowledge of the Windows Suite
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Team player who thrives in a fast paced work environment
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
