Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper – $85,000 + Super

Our client a respected electrical and automation company with over 40 years of industry success is seeking a confident and experienced Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper to support their finance team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Superannuation, ATO, SRO and Workcover lodgments and Payments
- Assist with payroll and reporting (in collaboration with internal team)
- General ledger maintenance and monthly reporting
- Accounts support and collaboration with external accountants
- Contribute to continuous improvements in finance processes
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB Advanced (Acumatica)
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
- Advanced working knowledge of the Windows Suite
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Team player who thrives in a fast paced work environment
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
