- Help users with diverse technical needs, translating complex IT issues into simple solutions.

Skills and Experience:
- IT qualification is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Must be eligible to work in Australia.

- You will be working on a roster.
