The Role:

As a Level 2 Technician, you will be the frontline of our IT support, providing assistance and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system performance. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems.
  • Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
  • Document all user requests and actions taken in the service desk ticketing system.
  • Assist with user access rights, permissions, and systems setup.
  • Work with a team of technicians to share knowledge and contribute to a continuous learning environment.
  • Provide onsite support to our clients utilising a company supplied vehicle when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in IT or related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical support role.
