The role.
Your Role:
As part of our team, you'll be providing onsite helpdesk support for one of our customers located in Carole Park QLD 4300. You'll be one of 3 onsite technicians, resolving technical issues, and ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Helpdesk Support: Offer timely assistance to staff members, addressing their IT concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Escalations: Use your knowledge and experience to help solve escalated tickets.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service role is required.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Windows OS.
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Intune.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Proactive and Independent Work: Effective proactive and independent work capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Task Management: Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Time Management: Exceptional time management and proven troubleshooting skills.
Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude while delivering excellent customer service experiences to clients.
Passion for Technology: A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry developments.
Driver's License: Possession of a current driver's license.
Linux and MacOS: A basic understanding of Linux and MacOS.
Phone Handling: Confidence in handling phone calls.
Ticket Management: Ability to manage and complete support tickets in a timely manner.
Scripting Skills: Basic DOS and/or PowerShell scripting.
Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking and its functionalities.
Police Report: You will be required to provide a police report to gain employment in this role.
