We are currently working with an innovative aged care provider who are seeking a highly experienced leader to manage one of their flagship 120-bed homes in inner Melbourne.

About the role:

This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a large well-supported team in a modern and integrated aged care setting. The role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about resident wellbeing operational excellence and clinical governance.

Key requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in the same home (essential)
• Proven capability in managing a large complex aged care facility
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards compliance and accreditation processes
• High-level leadership skills and ability to drive a positive and engaged workplace culture
