We are currently working with a leading aged care provider who are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee operations at one of their larger residential homes in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified leader with a strong track record in aged care management and a passion for high-quality service delivery.

About the Role:

In this full-time position you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of a large well-established aged care home. You'll collaborate with clinical lifestyle and support teams to ensure excellence in care compliance and staff culture.

Key Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in the same home (essential)
• Proven ability to lead a team through change and continuous improvement over several years
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards compliance and accreditation
• Excellent leadership people management and communication skills
