The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a lovely, Residential Aged Care Facility located local to Heywood.

We are supporting a wonderful organisation look for a second Clinical Care Manager to support their lovely home. You will be supported by the FM, 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff. as well as regional support from a roving Quality and Education manager and RGM.

Ongoing training and progression routes are available to Facility Management, Quality Management and regional management are available.

Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
• 3 years + clinical experience
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skill
