About the Role
As the Office Manager at our Mt Gravatt clinic, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic. You’ll work both at the front desk alongside your admin team and behind the scenes with the Practice Leader (Physio in Charge), ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for patients and the team alike.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on connection, organisation, and helping others succeed.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting your administration team.
- Ensuring exceptional front-desk service - welcoming patients, managing calls/emails, bookings, and payments.
- Overseeing clinic operations - Scheduling clinician diaries, Coordinating referrals and GP visits, Invoicing, HICAPS, third-party billing, and debtor management.
- Managing rosters, admin team training, and performance.
- Ordering stock, updating databases, producing reports.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a warm, professional presence — the first smile patients see
- Brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Loves improving systems and creating more efficient ways of working
- Has experience in medical/allied health admin (Gensolve experience a bonus!)
- Is available Monday to Friday
