What will you be doing in this role:

Working 1 on 1 with the Director and along side an experienced Property Manager you will support the day to day management of over 350 properties. You will also be trained on leasing, and new business so you have an end to end understanding of running and rowing a portfolio.

• Leasing inspections
• Key hand overs to new tenants
• Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Attend new business meetings
• Onboard new managements
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Arrears management
• NCAT preparation

The right candidate will have:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Immaculate presentation
• Confident written nad verbal communication
• Experience in a customer facing environment
