About the Role

You'll work closely with our senior team members to manage a growing rent roll, handle day-to-day tenancy tasks, and provide top-tier service to landlords and tenants.

Key Duties Include:

Assisting with routine inspections and open homes

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Liaising with tenants and landlords

Preparing lease agreements and documentation

Supporting arrears management and compliance processes

CRM and database management

What We’re Looking For:

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

Organised and able to manage competing priorities
