About the Role:

As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll work closely with our experienced Property Management team, assisting with a variety of key tasks that ensure the smooth management of our rental portfolio. You’ll be client-facing, solution-focused, and supported every step of the way as you develop your skills and knowledge.

Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting with routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Communicating with tenants regarding maintenance and general enquiries

Supporting the team with leasing duties as needed (open homes, applications)

Helping prepare lease documentation, keys, and welcome packs for new tenants

Coordinating minor maintenance and liaising with tradespeople

Ensuring our systems and files are kept up-to-date and accurate

About You:

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (NSW) or working towards it

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Confident with technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A valid NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
