2IC – Commercial Hotel Junee

Are you a passionate hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? The Commercial Hotel Junee is looking for a dedicated 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support our Venue Manager and help lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operations and oversee staff across all shifts

Manage rosters and support recruitment and training of team members

Uphold high standards of customer service and venue presentation

Work towards and achieve venue KPIs, including service standards, cost controls, and staff performance targets

Maintain compliance with licensing and venue policies

Help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all guests

About You:

Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience preferred

Confident in roster management and team leadership

Passionate about training and developing staff

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Customer-focused with a positive, hands-on attitude

RSA and RCG certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Available and flexible to work night-time closes and weekends
