Enze Bakery is a vibrant and growing bakery dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality baked goods. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front of house team to provide outstanding customer service
- Manage daily bakery operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Oversee staff scheduling and training to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on product launches and service improvements
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bakery or café
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic budgeting
- Food safety certification is a plus
