W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Bars Supervisor for our 29/30 outlet. Reporting to the Director of Beverage and Food, this integral role will lead and engage a team of fun-loving individuals who share one goal of creating authentic guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Display hands on leadership and lead by example

Reiterate and identify training needs for brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests

Foster a positive and fun culture for the team to improve team relationships and performance

Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best

Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs

Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
