The Company

Reporting to a strong, dynamic, and experienced leadership team, you will be provided with clear direction and great mentorship. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced AP officer who wants to get more exposure to process improvement work.

The Role

This Accounts Payable Officer position will start on a 3-month temporary basis with potential for extension depending on business requirements. It is a full-function AP position where your responsibilities will include the following:

Processing payment runs

Medium volume invoice processing

Managing employee expenditures

Conducting supplier reconciliations

Involvement with process improvements

Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

On 1 week's notice or less

Current working rights in Australia
