Casual Part-Time Driver / Storeman – Flooring Industry (New Builds)

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to join us in a casual part-time capacity within the flooring industry. If you enjoy being on the move, working with your hands, and playing a key role in getting new homes ready, this is for you. Candidates do not have to previous experience as a store person or driver.

Your role will include:

· Collecting orders, preparing and making deliveries of flooring materials to new residential builds

· Checking off and labelling products delivered to site by cartage companies

· Assisting in the warehouse with stock handling and organisation

· Cutting carpet to precise measurements—accuracy is a must

· Coordinating with site supervisors and keeping delivery records up to date

We're after someone who:

· Is NOT looking for full time work

· Is fit, strong and active

Able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 25kg

· Holds a valid Australian Class C (car) driver's licence with clean driving record

· Is willing to use a 'walkie-stacker' fork lift (no license required)

· Has an eye for detail and takes pride in neat, accurate work

· Communicates well and is comfortable around building sites

· Is dependable, self-motivated, and ready to lend a hand where needed
