About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join the dynamic team at Ray White Calamvale. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Calamvale area. This is a full-time position located in Calamvale, Queensland 4116.

What you'll be doing

Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance

Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained

Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and negotiations

Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, such as lease agreements and condition reports

Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs

Proactively identifying and implementing strategies to maximise rental returns and minimise vacancies

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Collaborating with the broader team to achieve business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy legislation and best practices

Proficiency in using property management software and various other relevant computer applications

A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

A valid real estate license or certificate is highly desirable
