An outstanding opportunity has been created in one of Victoria's leading Public Law practice groups and is open to Lawyers from a private practice background of no less than 3+ years PAE. This is a growth position for the team which will see you working with a range of government and regulatory clients across Victoria. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a caseload including:

• Representing public sector clients in prosecutions, enforcement actions, disciplinary hearings, and administrative reviews
• Providing legal advice on the exercise of investigatory and enforcement powers, including notices, orders and infringement processes
• Appearing before courts and tribunals in complex matters, including coronial inquests and tort claims
• Contributing to broader public law litigation, administrative law, and advisory work for high-profile departments and agencies

You’re a litigation or public law specialist with 3+ years’ PAE, ideally with experience in prosecutions, administrative law, regulatory enforcement, or related government matters - gained with a private practice law firm.
