Leading from the front, the firm has grown and developed and this is an opportunity to work directly with the Property Principal who has an excellent reputation.

With a constant eye on the future they are seeking a property lawyer to join the team in their Gold Coast office but can work fully remotely.

Working directly with a senior member of the firm, you will be acting for Australian participants in the property sector, advising on a wide range of commercial, industrial and retail transactions, including sales, acquisitions, developments and real estate investment trusts.

The practice acts for clients in all aspects of the acquisition, development and disposal of real estate including related specialist contract. They also have significant experience assisting clients with negotiation and documenting leases and all related documents for their commercial, retail and industrial holdings.

They assists clients with contract preparation and advice, group structuring and purchases and sales of businesses.

Ideally you will have at least 2-4 years in commercial property where you have worked on sales acquisitions and leasing.
