Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a versatile role, being actively involved in multiple aspects of our business.

At DeAraugo & Lea, we specialise in all areas of electrical trade, catering to diverse markets and providing services that are both interesting and unique. As a Contract Administrator, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.

This position offers full-time employment and is ideally suited for individuals with industry experience. However, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who possess the right mindset and enthusiasm for building a long-term career with our company.

The position will consist of the following:

Playing a vital role in terms of communication with clients, suppliers & staff to ensure the smooth delivery of projects

Handling quotes, ordering, sub-contractors etc.

Keeping documentation up to date

Communicating with management on live projects for orders, variations, scheduling etc.

Scheduling work and producing Gantt charts

Producing progress claims for projects at end of month

Strong focus on OHS

The applicant must have the below as a minimum:

Construction Induction Card

Strong Computer Skills

Proficient in using Excel and Word

Experience with the below is advantageous but not essential:

Groundplan

Simpro

Sharepoint
