Are you ready to advance your career in commercial construction? Our client, a leader in retail & hopsitality delivery, is seeking a full time Contracts Administrator to join their team. If you're a driven and detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of experience (ideally in commercial fit-out or construction) and a relevant qualification, this could be your next big step!

Your day-to-day will involve critical support across commercial fit-out projects, including:

• Helping prepare and manage contracts.
• Coordinating various agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assisting with financial tracking, claims, and variations.
• Maintaining accurate project records and reporting to senior staff.
• Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

You will have

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator working for a headcontractor or commercial builder.
• The ability to read and understand construction documents (e.g. specifications and drawings, schedules etc.).
• Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs (including Ms Project) & Procore.
• A certificate or tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or trade.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license
