The Construction Material Processors Association (CMPA) represents 220+ Victorian quarries and recycling businesses, offering industry professionals exceptional networking and growth opportunities across diverse extraction and processing operations. Supporting a 240,000-strong construction workforce, we provide team members with the chance to shape Victoria's vital extractive resources industry!

About the role

In this position, your duties as a Member Recruitment Officer will include but not be limited to:

developing & implementing recruitment strategies

managing member recruitment and retention processes/systems

intrastate travel to Victorian clients (100+ days annually)

creating high-quality communications across multiple channels.

12-month contract (extension possible subject to performance)

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 5 years previous experience in the industry or similar

Availability to travel intrastate where required

Current Police check + relevant tertiary qualification

Proven experience to cross-skill & cover other teams when needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and webinar software.
