The Construction Material Processors Association (CMPA) represents 220+ Victorian quarries and recycling businesses, offering industry professionals exceptional networking and growth opportunities across diverse extraction and processing operations. Supporting a 240,000-strong construction workforce, we provide team members with the chance to shape Victoria's vital extractive resources industry!

About the role

In this position, your duties as a Member Services Officer will include but not be limited to:

identifying & engaging potential industry members

intrastate travel to Victorian clients (25 days annually)

maintaining our member database and following up with prospects

creating high-quality communications across multiple channels including advocacy

additional operations as required, e.g. event management.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 3 years previous experience in similar industry role

Availability to travel intrastate where required

Current Police check + relevant tertiary (degree) qualification (Communications or related)

Proven experience to cross-skill & cover other team members when needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and webinar software.
