About the Role
As the Principal Human Resource Consultant, Complex Cases, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Provide expert advice to the regional management team regarding the delivery of human resource management services including employee relation issues.
- Manage complex employee relations matters including advice on Local Consultative committees, Enterprising Bargaining Agreements, Certified Agreements and complex Award interpretation.
- Manage mediations, investigations, and performance management matters.
- Investigate routine employee grievances and alleged breaches of employment related policies.
- Curation of activities, actions and other parties to identify the best pathway to bring issues to resolution.
- As a member of regional HR leadership team, contribute to change and relational management processes in the region.
The Principal Human Resource Consultant reports to Manager HR Operations, Metropolitan South Region.
This role will be based at the Metropolitan South Region - Mount Gravatt Office.
