ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the executive leadership team, you will lead the HR function while playing a hands-on role across all facets of People & Culture. With a small and developing team, this position will suit someone confident leading through change and comfortable balancing both strategy and day-to-day delivery.
As the go-to person for all things P&C, you’ll advise on complex ER matters, drive organisational change initiatives, and embed a positive, values-aligned culture. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders and a steady support to your team in this 24 month fixed term contract.
DUTIES
- Provide advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on ER, performance management, and change consultation
- Partner with the executive team to align people strategies with organisational objectives
- Coach and support leaders through change initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Continue to drive culture and ensure sustainability of people initiatives
- Work closely with the COO, CEO, and Head of Strategy to ensure HR processes are aligned with wider business decisions and organisational change
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
This role requires a trusted advisor and a people-first leader who thrives in a hands-on, operational HR environment. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, confident advising on ER and change, and capable of nurturing a small team with empathy and clarity.
- Senior HR Generalist experience, including strong knowledge of ER/IR
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching small teams
- Experience advising senior leadership and navigating organisational change
- A collaborative and empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement
- Comfort working in a hands-on, end-to-end HR role
- Exposure to multi-award or complex employee groups
