Feel Good Events is looking for a fulltime Event Assistant to join our decorating team. This hybrid role involves both behind the scenes preparation in our warehouse and hands on setup at some of Melbourne’s most exciting events. One day you might be prepping hire items or packing vans, the next you're helping transform a venue into a jaw dropping experience.

We’re a full service event, wedding and party decorating and planning company that specializes in creating stylish, feel good moments. We want someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can think on their feet, and genuinely loves the buzz of event days.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepping and packing hire items for client jobs in the warehouse

Assisting with setup, styling, and pack down of events on site

Loading and unloading vehicles with care

Helping maintain and clean hire products

Assisting with deliveries or pickups (automatic vans)

Working closely with the decorating planning team to bring events to life

What We’re Looking For

A strong interest in all types of events and event decorating

Someone with some experience in events.

Solid attention to detail nothing gets past you

A creative mindset and willingness to learn

Physically fit and comfortable lifting items safely

Great communicator and team player

Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Problem solver who can stay calm under pressure

Drivers license required (you’ll be driving vans occasionally)

Willingness to work flexible hours when needed, including some nights/weekends

Must be a permanent resident

This is NOT an admin job. You’ll be on your feet, moving gear, and helping make events happen.
