The opportunity

Showtime Event Group is seeking dynamic and reliable Casual Event Setup and Pack down - Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in setting up and packing down events at our prestigious venues across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

Assist with the setup and pack down of event equipment and furnishings

Ensure event spaces are prepared and presented to the highest standard

Ensure Venues and event spaces are presented immaculately.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

Work collaboratively with the wider events team to deliver successful events

Comply with all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a high volume events business working in weddings, cocktail parties and seated events.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Immaculate presentation.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
