About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and energetic campaign and events professional to support the national delivery of a high-impact community engagement campaign happening during Father’s Day week (beginning 7th September 2025). Our Man With a Pram event series includes over 40 family-friendly walks and activations led by local champions and supported by community, corporate, and health partners.
This is a full-time, 8–12 week contract ideal for someone who thrives in campaign environments, understands stakeholder engagement, and has a flair for communicating through branded, story-driven content.
This is a remote role open to applicants across Australia, however being based on the Sunshine Coast would be a strong advantage, as some face-to-face collaboration with the core team may be possible.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively contact and onboard new local event hosts via phone and email
• Support walk hosts with onboarding materials, communications, logistics guidance, and encouragement
• Manage and track host engagement through Raisely and internal CRM tools
• Liaise with national and local partner organisations to set up multiple event pages and support packs
• Assist with co-branded event communications and promotions
• Build and manage campaign pages on Raisely (and Eventbrite where needed)
• Segment and send supporter emails and donor journeys using Raisely’s email tools
• Coordinate with the comms team for social and email marketing
• Use Canva to create/adapt social media tiles, resources, and promotional kits
• Create and distribute event toolkits and flyers
• Coordinate merchandise and signage delivery across Australia
• Maintain tracking systems for RSVPs and event confirmations
• Support post-event media collection (photos, stories, testimonials)
• Assist in compiling impact reports and internal learnings
Skills & Experience
Required:
• Demonstrated experience in campaign management, stakeholder coordination, or events execution
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Raisely (or similar platforms), email marketing tools, and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines under time pressure
• Proactive and comfortable communicating directly with stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience coordinating national or state-wide event campaigns
• Experience with digital fundraising and supporter journeys
• Understanding of community engagement and working with volunteers
• Familiarity with social change, health promotion, or mental health campaigns
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:
• Are quick to learn systems and love making things happen
• Are comfortable working remotely and independently
• Believe in building stronger communities through grassroots leadership
• Want to contribute to a cause celebrating fatherhood and family connection
