About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Ethical Sales Team across a range of commercial activities and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Sales Director and broader team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping the team deliver on business objectives.

This role offers fantastic exposure to the healthcare and nutrition sector and would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Ethical Sales team

Coordinate meetings, manage travel bookings, assist with event logistics and general admin tasks

Manage vendor set-up, POs, invoices and ensure compliance processes are met

Support the field sales team with sample requests and monthly reporting

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, always representing the company professionally

Assist in preparing training sessions, conferences, and cross-functional initiatives

Manage PSA and sponsorship documentation

Support ad hoc projects and collaborate with other coordinators across the wider business

What You’ll Bring

Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Problem-solving mindset with initiative and commercial awareness

A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; digital tools experience is a plus

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing (preferred)

Open to graduates with some exposure to a corporate environment

Ideally looking for someone with experience in a similar role within the Australian healthcare industry

Open to overseas applicants and Working Holiday Visa holders

Must be willing to complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check

Comfortable meeting with customers in the field when required
