About You
The Recruitment Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.
Key responsibilities:
Focus on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, incorporating our EVP
Delivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives to attract and engage employees
Support a positive and seamless candidate experience
Manage recruitment activity with internal stakeholders
Maintain up to date recruiting policies and procedures
Provide support for developing and updating position descriptions
Partner with stakeholders for workforce planning & resourcing
You will have:
Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery or a related field desired
Experience or knowledge in recruitment market conditions and trends
Proven experience in providing administrative support, including scheduling, data entry and document management
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Requirements of the role:
Current NSW Driver’s licence
Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
