About the role

• Oversee the entire purchase order process, including order checking, backorder reviews, amendments, and pricing validation.
• Handle customer delivery requirements and maintain the online pricing catalogue.
• Review and process customer claims (returns, overcharges) and manage enquiries about orders, product information, stock availability, and deliveries.
• Generate reports for customers, provide administrative support to the sales team, and offer reception relief as needed.
• Support new store openings and closures and coordinate delivery requirements with freight partners.
• Develop relationships with customers, provide training on systems and processes, and communicate product roadmaps and transitions.
• Handle delivery issues promptly, support the delivery and return of evaluation products for sales, and ensure timely shipment.

The Successful Applicants will need to have

• Previous Admin Skills
• Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Be Available for an ongoing role and able to commit to 5 days per week
