As our highly valued Special Projects Coordinator, you’ll use your ability to manage projects, communicate information and foster stakeholder relationships to further develop project design, planning, collaboration and sharing of ideas between teams.

You’ll make an impact at scale by:

Facilitating movement of strategic ideas through project development stages ready for implementation.

Preparing reports, briefs, plans and resources relevant to Service Support initiatives.

Working with the Service Support Manager to keep informed of current and future strategic inputs, obtain evidence to support program design and liaise with external stakeholders

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated ability in project management, including coordinating and driving a project from program planning through to evaluation

Demonstrated experience working in the primary healthcare industry and understanding of the emerging needs of primary care.

High level interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, with the ability to prepare complex reports and submissions and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

High level organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
