Caterworks is a fast-growing Australian owned business succeed in supplying commercial kitchen equipment and commercial refrigeration to food business industry. With over 13 years of rapid growth in the industry, we are looking for an organized and proactive inbound sales co-ordinator to join our team in Seven Hills NSW office.

The person who either has sales or customer service experience or commercial kitchen/ cafe/hospitality background, with a strong customer focus, good ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced business environment will be the desirable candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound enquires and leads

Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide suitable quotes

Provide quotes, close and coordinate delivery

Follow up on leads, objection handle and close out sales

Identify opportunities to up and cross-sell

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Assist customers with enquires and product information

Requirements:

Experience of sales or customer service or in food business industry

Sales experience; inside, inbound, telephone or account management

Being bilingual in Mandarin and English will be a good assets to this position
