As the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in managing project-related financial processes. You will provide accurate and timely reporting across the full project lifecycle-from budgeting to final invoicing.

This role suits someone with a solid grounding in accounting, keen attention to detail, and a desire to work within a project-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to forecast costs-to-complete and project performance
• Investigate and analyse budget-to-actual variances
• Assist in preparing project invoicing and resolving accounting/reporting queries
• Support month-end processes, including general journal entries and reconciliations
• Contribute to budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Assist with tax and statutory reporting, including documentation collation for tax returns

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce or similar
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and time management skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards)
• Experience in construction or professional services environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems
