We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Supply and Demand Planner to join our team. This role is key to ensuring accurate forecasting of demand, product supply and efficient inventory levels across the end-to-end supply chain. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of supply chain planning, supplier performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Forecasting & Demand Planning

Build and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast across both finished goods and raw materials.

Analyse market sales performance and order volumes to optimise planning accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align forecasts with promotional calendars and product launches.

2. Procurement & PO Management

Raise and track purchase orders for local and international suppliers.

Forecast procurement needs based on demand plans and stock levels.

Ensure timely PO processing and delivery.

3. Supplier Performance & Cost Optimisation

Maintain supplier scorecards and provide monthly reports to management.

Conduct regular supplier audits and reviews.

Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities.

4. Freight & Logistics Coordination

Manage relationships with freight forwarder to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.

Track inbound deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse team.

Support freight cost tracking and identify opportunities for improvements.

5. Inventory Management

Monitor inventory health across internal and 3PL locations.

Participate in regular stock reconciliations and audits.

Work with the warehouse and 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy.

6. Financial & Operational Analysis

Track and maintain accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Assist in the preparation and tracking of the operations budget.

Deliver data-driven insights and reports to support business decision-making.

7. Systems & Process Improvement

Assist in evaluating and improving supply chain systems

Contribute to the development and documentation of planning SOPs.

Support implementation of new tools or system enhancements.

8. S&OP Management

Prepare materials for monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

Present forecast updates, inventory risks, and supply gaps.

Follow up on action items from S&OP reviews to ensure alignment between functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or a related field.

3+ years’ experience in supply & demand planning, procurement, or supply chain operations.

Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, CIN7).

Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with 3PLs, freight providers, and global suppliers.
