This role is for the elite. The strategist who knows Meta and Google Ads inside out. Who knows attribution, tracking, pixels and creative testing like second nature. If that’s you, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

Performance Ads Specialist (Meta + Google) – Premium Beauty Brand

Calmerceuticals is redefining the future of women’s wellness — and we’re looking for an Ads Specialist who can scale with us.

This is not your average media buying role. We're after someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads and Google Ads, has a deep technical understanding of campaign structure, pixel integrations, tracking and attribution, and knows how to scale a high-performing funnel in their sleep.

We’re a premium collagen brand with a cult following, known for world-class formulations, powerful before-and-after results, and scroll-stopping creative. With new products launching and exponential growth across Australia and globally, we’re building an in-house performance engine to match.

What you'll do:

Own, build and manage all Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end (strategy, setup, execution, optimisation, and reporting)

Design, test, and iterate high-converting full-funnel structures for both acquisition and retention

Deeply understand our ICP and translate brand positioning into paid campaigns that convert

Collaborate with our creative team to brief and optimise ads based on data-led insights

Ensure flawless tracking setup (Meta pixel, GA4, GTM, UTM hygiene, custom conversions etc.)

Report weekly on CPA, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV and cohort insights – and explain why the numbers are doing what they’re doing

What we’re looking for:

3+ years experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads with proven track record scaling DTC eCommerce brands (ideally in beauty, wellness or supplements)

Deep technical fluency: you understand attribution models, event prioritisation, first-party data strategies, GA4 and how to leverage them to your advantage

Strong commercial instincts – you can prioritise what's profitable, not just what gets clicks

Comfort owning performance outcomes with agility and speed in a fast-moving team

Bonus if you’ve worked with TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or Shopify
